2. User Conduct & Content
You agree not to use ZforFree to generate:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
- Non-consensual sexual content (deepfakes).
- Content that promotes violence, hate speech, or illegal acts.
We reserve the right to ban any IP address or user account found violating these rules without notice.
3. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the images you generate. However, by using our service, you grant ZforFree a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your generated images on our community feed and marketing materials.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Images are generated by AI and may contain artifacts or inaccuracies.
5. Limitation of Liability
ZforFree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or any content generated.
